I’m a Finite element analyst at Eaton. I perform Finite element analysis on different flagship products, not limited to differential cases, clutch, fuel valves, etc. My expertise includes linear and non-linear FEA, polymer modeling, Ansys Automation, Excel VBA, etc.
I have worked as a Research Scholar working to develop reliable sensor-driven solutions for temperature measurement and structural health monitoring for application in process control and manufacturing industries. My expertise includes Finite Element modeling, Mechanical Design, Programming, Data analysis, and interpretation.

- Carried out 10+ Non-Linear strength analysis for fuel valves and other polymer component. And suggested design modifications wherever required for meeting the test requirement.
- Won MCF Filtration hackthon: Out of 90 submitted idea my idea for "Bearing Health monitoring using Ultrasound" was one among 3 selected idea for disclosure filing. (Under Review for Patent filing)
XYMA Analytics, Chennai (Part Time)
- Part of the core team comprising 6 graduate students who collaborated on this startup initiative before its official inception.
- Developing novel ultrasound-based methodologies for robust and reliable process monitoring in the industrial setting.
- Designing the sensor components and conducting Finite Element simulation studies to optimise sensor parameters. Calibrating the sensor for measuring temperatures up to 400ᵒC, with an accuracy of ±0.5ᵒC.
- Also engaged in preparing reference manuals on a simulation study to facilitate training for new employees.
ICSR IIT Madras
- Developed gauge length optimizer for temperature sensor length. This helped in improving accuracy of the temperature sensor.
